Terms of use

These terms apply to the Recepti app and website, made by Tamara Martinović and Jessyka Mathews ("we", "us"). By using Recepti you agree to them. If you downloaded Recepti from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

What Recepti does

Recepti turns recipe links, screenshots and videos you give it into saved recipe cards. The extraction is done by AI and can get things wrong, like quantities, units, steps or cooking times. Always check a recipe before you cook it, especially for allergens and food safety.

Your account

You can use Recepti without an account, or create one with an email and password. Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Your content

You keep ownership of anything you add. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you (see our privacy policy). Only import content you have the right to use. Recipes you save are for your personal use. Don't use Recepti to republish other creators' work.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Recepti. That means no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, no automated scraping through the app, and nothing illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes and availability

We may change, pause or stop features at any time. We'll try to give notice of big changes. If these terms change, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use Recepti means you accept the new terms.

No warranty

Recepti is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything arising from recipes or data the app gets wrong. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

EU and UK consumers

If you're a consumer based in the EU, the EEA or the UK, nothing in these terms removes the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country you live in.
